Does LG offer free shipping?
Yes, LG offers free standard delivery for most of the products purchased on its website. There may, however, be some exceptions so please review individual product pages to see if your desired items are available for free delivery. If you find that a particular item is not eligible for free delivery, then take a look to see if we have a coupon or promotion code available to add free shipping to your order or at least give you a discount on the item.
Does LG offer a manufacturer's warranty on its products?
Yes, LG offers various different warranties depending on the type of product. You can get extended manufacturer warranties of up to 3 years along with 3 years of LG premium care on some items, but you will want to check the item’s page for the current warranty. You can use the LG warranty page to find more information. Just enter your product model number, and see the exact details of the warranty and premium care period for that product.
What is LG's returns policy?
LG accepts returns and offers refunds so long as you do so within 30 days of making your purchase. However, you'll be charged 8% of the price of your item as a restocking fee, which will be removed from your refund total. You will need to get in touch with LG Order Support to submit a return request.
How do I contact LG?
You can get in touch with LG to discuss an issue with your order in a number of ways. Firstly, you can email their team at orders@lgsupport.com where a member of the team will respond Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00 CST, except on national holidays such as Thanksgiving. You can also use the LG Online Chat on their website which will put you in touch with a member of their customer services team if it can't solve your problem.
